Tug SEA VOYAGER reportedly sank in the Caribbean some 50 nm west of Cartagena, Colombia, on Jan 19 or 20. Last AIS position was received at around 1700 UTC Jan 19. Tug left Cartagena on Jan 18, bound for Puerto Colon Panam. Of 9 crew on board, 4 are missing, others understood to be safe. No other information available at the moment.
