Cargo ship hit the rocks on Croatian coast

General cargo ship AGIOS RAFAIL ran aground on rocks in front of Muzil, Pula area, Croatia, Adriatic sea, in the morning Apr 16, while approaching Pula. The ship didn’t change course, for reason yet unknown, and sailed straight into the coast. The ship was taken off rocks after survey, including underwater, carried out by Pula port Maritime Authority. Survey didn’t find hull breach or water ingress, the ship reached Stinjan port, near Pula, under own power, and was docked there for further investigation. AGIOS RAFAIL is deployed in stone transfer between Croatia and Italy. Photo
