General cargo ship HONG PENG sank in east China's Fujian Province waters, Taiwan Strait, in the morning May 16, MRCC Fuzhou was alerted at 0630 LT. SAR was launched, by 1600 LT 5 crew were rescued, 6 remain missing, SAR ongoing. No other information available at the moment.
