Ro-ro cargo ship sank on Sudan anchorage

Ro-ro cargo ship SHAHIN started to sink on Port Sudan anchorage, reportedly on Apr 8. Understood the ship, which was renamed many times, was at anchor in a lay-up, with four maintenance crew. Crew are safe. All attempts to prevent sinking failed, the ship sank on Apr 10. SHAHIN was at Sudan anchorage since April 2016. Most probably, hull started to leak, causing the ship to sink.
