Offshore supply tug collided with Lock’s wall, Emden

Offshore supply tug CARRIER EXPRESS collided with Great Sea Lock’s wall while leaving Emden, Germany, in the evening Feb 20. Both Lock and the ship sustained damages. Understood ship’s damages weren’t significant, she was allowed to resumed her voyage to Merkur Offshore Wind Farm, north of Borkum. Command fault said to be the cause of collision.
