Drilling ship explosion and fire killed 5, 15 injured, 2 missing, India

Offshore drilling ship SAGAR BHUSHAN, docked at Cochin Shipyard, Kerala, India, suffered explosion and fire at around 1000 LT Feb 13. Reportedly 5 workers were killed, 12 or 15 injured, 2 said to be trapped inside. Understood explosion occurred in a fuel tank during wielding works.
Reports are as of now, 7030 UTC Feb 13, still confusing in details and number of dead and injured people.
