Two disabled ships towed to safety, Norway and Iceland

Research ship GEOSEA
Research ship GEOSEA was disabled by engine failure on Feb 7 in Selbjornsfjord, Norway, south of Bergen, and was taken on tow by two ferries in turn, RAUNEFJORD (IMO 9344772) and RINGAFJORD (MMSI 257893700). GEOSEA reached Storebo port, Norway, in the evening Feb 7, either on tow, or under own power.

Trawler AKUREY
Trawler AKUREY was disabled by fouled propeller, on Feb 6 according to AIS, west of Reykjavik, Iceland, was towed to Reykjavik by SAR ship THOR.
