Cargo vessel collided with tanker in Kerch Strait, both vessels Moscow-operated

General cargo vessel SEA LEADER allided with berthed tanker SVL UNITY at 0714 Moscow time Dec 13, while unmooring at Kavkaz port, Kerch Strait, Russia. Both vessels sustained slight damages. As of 1300 UTC Dec 14, both vessels were still at Kavkaz port, anchored at Kavkaz anchorage, Kerch Strait. SEA LEADER is loaded with 4316 tons of Sunflower cake, bound for Izmir Turkey. SCL UNITY arrived at Kavkaz port with cargo of diesel oil.
