Greek bulk carrier troubled at Vissingen

Bulk carrier ARETHUSA reported having trouble when leaving Vissingen, Netherlands, in the evening Nov 11. Bulk carrier understood to drop anchor and wait for assistance outside breakwater in front of Ritthem. Two tugs escorted her, about an hour later, to Vissingen outer anchorage, where she was brought to anchor. At 0500 UTC Nov 12 she was in the same position. Vessel is en route from Vissingen to Klaipeda Lithuania.
