German container ship collided with Korean tanker, Japan sea

At 0423 Seoul time Oct 3 container ship VICTORIA TRADER collided with Korean 1345-ton chemical tanker on Onsan approaches, Ulsan, Korea, Japan sea. Both vessels, reportedly, were proceeding in the same direction, container ship struck or contacted tanker starboard cargo deck near midship. Both vessels suffered damages, said to be slight. Tanker suffered dented rails and maybe some other damages, container ship sustained portside bow damage, see pics. VICTORIA TRADER berthed at Onsan, Ulsan (understood according to schedule), tanker also was taken to Ulsan, whereabouts unknown.
I received accident information from my Korean correspondent, he wasn’t able to identify tanker. Korean maritime authorities and media don’t identify ships involved in accidents in Korean waters, it’s a rule. When they post photos, they smudge ships’ names.
