Cruise ship CARNIVAL DREAM troubled in the Caribbean

Cruisehive blog reported cruise ship CARNIVAL DREAM experiencing engine problem on Aug 11 in the Caribbean, liner had to skip Cozumel port, Mexico, and head straight for New Orleans, final port in the itinerary. Vessel was sailing at a reduced speed and according to passengers messages, stopped several times. On Aug 12 Carnival Cruises issued a statement, saying that "The problem on the Carnival Dream has been fixed and the ship is heading to New Orleans where it will arrive on Sunday (Aug 13) as scheduled."
As of 0430 UTC Aug 13, liner was already in Mississippi river, proceeding upstream to New Orleans.
