British brigantine JEAN DE LA LUNE troubled in the Atlantic

British tall ship, brigantine JEAN DE LA LUNE, suffered engine damage and water ingress on July 27 off Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Island, and requested assistance. Salvamar Maritime’s helicopter delivered on distressed ship a pump, later she was taken on tow by SAR tug PUNTA SALINAS (IMO:7931894) and towed to Santa Cruz.
