Argentine Navy destroyer damaged in collision

Argentine Navy destroyer ARA D-11 La Argentina collided with pier at Punta Alta Navy Base, south of Buenos Aires, on June 30, while leaving the Base to join an international naval exercise in the Pacific. The ship suffered bow damage, later during wielding works fire broke out, understood without serious consequences. La Argentina said to leave Base after completing repairs.
