Product tanker CHEM POLARIS stuck in Iroquois Lock, blocking traffic, St. Lawrence

Product tanker CHEM POLARIS suffered engine failure (probably a blackout, too) while maneuvering in Iroquois Lock, while sailing downstream St. Lawrence River, at 0814 LT June 15. Vessel damaged Lock’s fender boom (arresting cable), maybe inflicted some other damages, too. As of 0400 UTC June 16, tanker was still at Iroquois Lock, stopping traffic.
