Russian reefer suspect in hit&run, arrested UPDATE

Mar 21 UPDATE: Confirmed hit&run by Russian reefer ANTON GURIN, vessel taken to Yeosu, detained. 2-nd officer was on watch at the time of collision, he’s arrested. Fishing vessel capsized, but remained afloat bottom up. Salvors managed to tow her to port, where she was dry-docked, see photo. On another photo Russian reefer anchored on Yeosu anchorage, under arrest or detention.
Mar 20: Unidentified merchant vessel collided with 4.9-ton fishing boat some 30 nm southeast of Yeosu, Korea, East China Sea, early in the morning Mar 19, and sailed away. Understood boat sank, one fisherman rescued, another one went missing. Two freighters are suspects – Russian reefer ANTON GURIN, and Panama-flagged vessel. Korean CG is to board both vessels and investigate. ANTON GURIN is en route from Busan to Qingdao.
