Two Nigerian stowaways found dead in cargo hold, Kaliningrad
Kaliningrad Bracnh of Investigation Committee of Russia issued press-release on Mar 12, saying that it launched an investigation after two dead bodies were found in a cargo hold of a bulk carrier LADY SERRA, docked at Svetly port, Kaliningrad Region, Russia, Baltic Sea. Vessel arrived from Nigeria Lagos, with cargo of beans. On leaving Nigeria, four stowaways were found by crew, seized and handed over to Nigerian authorities. Dead male persons no doubt, were also stowaways, who weren’t found along with other four, and died during voyage.
