Offshore supply ship MISS LYNDA ran aground in the morning Mar 8 off the west Cameron Jetties, Lake Charles, Louisiana. There were 4 passengers and 3 crew on board, and cargo of construction materials, passengers were evacuated. Vessel suffered some damages above waterline, no water ingress, no leak reported. Traffic in the Calcasieu Ship Channel not affected. As of 1400 UTC Mar 8, vessel was still aground. On USCG photo grounded MISS LYNDA.
