Bulk carrier SEA LADY grounding: vessel refloated UPDATE

Feb 18 UPDATE: Bulk carrier SEA LADY was refloated on Feb 16 and taken to berth for offloading, no damages, no leak reported. Bulk carrier SEA LADY reportedly ran aground while maneuvering to berth at Skikda port, Algeria, at night Feb 14, on arrival from Spain with 43,700 tons of maize no board. Vessel was said to hamper traffic in port. Some five tugs said to be deployed in refloating, which was to be attempted after divers survey. As of 1400 UTC Feb 16, condition and status of vessel were unknown.
