Cocaine found on NYKCool reefer, Columbia

Colombian Navy said in a statement on Jan 28, that they found and seized 67 kilos of cocaine hidden in a cylinder, which was attached to underwater hull of reefer CROWN OPAL. Cocaine was destined for Belgium. Navy divers searched vessel’s hull in Gulf of Uraba, Colambia, details unclear. As of 0100 UTC Jan 29, vessel was under way in Gulf of Uraba, heading for Moin, Costa Rica, with next calls at Dominican Republic, UK and finally, Belgium. Understood vessel and crew were cleared of suspicions in drug trafficking involvement.
