MERIDIAN TRES sank, 1 crew missing, Philippines

General cargo vessel MERIDIAN TRES sank at around 2000 LT Jan 17 between Bohol and Leyte islands, Philippines. Sinking believed to be caused by cargo shift, understood containers, in rough weather conditions. 28 crew were rescued, 1 is still missing. Vessel judging from AIS, stopped or was disabled by heavy list, drifted for some time, and then assumedly, capsized and sank.
