General cargo vessel ANNETTE was disabled while transiting Bosphorus on Jan 1 off Haydarpasa, en route from Constanta Romania to Rotterdam Netherlands, understood due to fire. Vessel was taken on tow by tugs and towed to Ahirkapi Anchorage, where she was brought to anchor. As of 0300 UTC Jan 3, vessel was still at anchor. On a photo troubled ANNETTE.
