Hapag-Lloyd’s CSAV TYNDALL collided with fishing vessel, 4 missing

A big cargo ship collided with Korean 17-ton fishing vessel north of Jeju in the afternoon Dec 8. Fishing vessel sank, 5 crew were rescued, four went missing. Freighter’s name has not been revealed, but according to available information, it’s very large container carrier CSAV TYNDALL. As of 1300 UTC Dec 8 CSAV TYNDALL was moving dead slow near collision site, heading back for Korea, probably Busan. Vessel is en route from Busan to Qingdao, ETA according to schedule Dec 9.
