SEMELA detained in Civitavecchia after stability accident

General cargo vessel SEMELA was detained by Italian authorities in Civitavecchia after an accident with vessel’s stability during cargo operations, understood stability was somehow faulted. Vessel was inspected, reportedly by CG team, and some 18 deficiencies were found. Vessel arrived at Civitavecchia on Nov 21, from Ashdod. As of 1430 UTC Nov 25, vessel was in the same position. Reportedly vessel was in need, or is still in need, of adjusting stability, maybe by shifting the cargo.
