FRIO PETROPAVLOVSK grounding, IJmuiden

Reefer FRIO PETROPAVLOVSK ran onto Southern Breakwater at around 1830 UTC Nov 19 while entering IJmuiden Harbor, Netherlands, bound for Velsen-Noord. Grounding reportedly was caused by engine failure. About half an hour later vessel was taken off breakwater with the help of two tugs, and docked at fishing terminal in IJmuiden for inspection, before moving to destination port. No information on damages yet. As of 0330 UTC Nov 20, she was still docked at Vissershaven, IJmuiden.
