GRAND AMANDA grounding, Terneuzen

Bulk carrier GRAND AMANDA ran aground in the morning Nov 8 in Scheldt while approaching Terneuzen, Netherlands, with cargo of iron ore. Grounding was reportedly, caused by a blackout, vessel drifted on a sandbank. Vessel was refloated several hours later with the help of reportedly, 8 tugs, and brought to anchor near grounding site.
