General cargo vessel NAGOYA after engine room leak rested stern on bottom in shallow waters off Sumenep, Sapudi islands, east of Surbaya, East Java, Java sea, on Sep 30 in position 07 10S 114 17E. The 14 crew left the vessel on a lifeboat, and were picked up by nearby fishermen. Vessel was ballasting from Banyuwangi, East Java, to Lamongan, East Java, west of Surabaya.
