Cement carrier SENSHO was arrested by Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) on Sep 23 for unauthorized anchorage off Panjung Piai, Johor Strait, Malaysia. Vessel is to be fined up to 23,000 USD, if found guilty, or face 2-year imprisonment, or both, though it’s unclear who’s to be imprisoned, Master or owner. Or both? Vessel changed owner in Aug this year, now it’s Jakarta-based ANDALAS BAHTERA BARUNA.
