US tanker with Filipino-Ukrainian crew collided with PHL Navy ship BRP TARLAC

Product tanker TOSCA collided with anchored Philippine Navy ship BRP TARLAC near Ensign Majini Pier, Naval Station Romulo Espaldon, Zamboanga City, Mindanao, Philippines, at around 1946 LT Sep 19. TOSCA understood to suffer slight or no damages, BRP TARLAC sustained slight damages, starboard bulwark and ramp dents.
