Shell’s aframax ADVANTAGE AVENUE arrested in Philadelphia by court order

Crude oil tanker ADVANTAGE AVENUE is arrested in Marcus Hook, Philadelphia, by federal court order, federal agency said on Sep 9. Vessel will be allowed to offload a cargo of crude oil, loaded in Wilhemshaven, Germany, but not allowed to leave the port until dispute is resolved. Aframax ADVANTAGE AVENUE is chartered by Shell, but Shell, according to its’ statement, has nothing to do with the dispute, which is involving payment disagreement and multiply defendants. The claim was brought to court by PSARA Energy.
