High-speed ferry UNIVERSAL MK-2003 collided with fishing boat, Hong Kong: UPDATE

High-speed ferry UNIVERSAL MK-2003 at 2350 LT Aug 27 collided with fishing vessel near Lantau, Hong Kong, returning from Macao. There were 289 passengers and 10 crew, one woman was slightly injured. Ferry was stranded for some two hours, until marine officials completed survey, finding vessel seaworthy enough to complete the voyage. Vessel resumed sailing at 0150 LT Aug 28, and safely arrived at Macau Ferry Pier in Sheung Wan. Injured woman was taken to hospital. Reportedly, bad weather and poor visibility were the cause of collision. Vessel was breached in the collision, as can be seen on photo.
