Fishing vessel CONSTANCIA capsized and sank off Bahia Blanca Argentina on July 26, while en route from Comodoro Rivadavia to Necochea, for repairs at ship repair yard. Six crew were rescued by another fishing vessel nearby. Bad weather said to be the cause of disaster.
