Cocaine found in container loaded with refrigerators on board of APL HOLLAND

More than 390 kilograms of cocaine were found in three refrigerators in a container loaded with refrigerators, on board of boxship APL HOLLAND during her July 18-19 stay in Manzanillo, Mexico. Cocaine packed in bricks was found by Navy and Tax Service personnel, using Navy Intelligence information. Container was loaded in Colombia. Vessel and crew obviously weren’t involved in drug trafficking, APL HOLLAND left Manzanillo on July 19, bound for Yokohama.
