Freighter sank in Lapu-Lapu port, Philippines: UPDATE

July 21: UNILINK II didn’t sink, she was pushed aground on embankment by a strong storm, fore part of the vessel seems to be hard aground on rocks, see photo.
General cargo vessel UNILINK II reportedly sank after colliding with concrete piles of a boardwalk construction in Lapu-Lapu city, Mactan, central Visayas, Philippines, in the afternoon July 18. Lapu-Lapu port was battered by strong wind and rough seas, UNLINK II understood to suffer bow hull breaches, and sank, with bow resting on bottom and stern remaining above water.
