Bulk carrier HAKATA QUEEN aground in Kattegat

Brand new bulk carrier HAKATA QUEEN ran aground early in the morning July 15 in Kattegat, 11 nm southwest of southern tip of Laeso island, Denmark, while en route from Argentina to Poland, loaded with 43000 tons of soya beans. Ballast tanks reportedly suffered breaches. Danish salvage vessel METTE MILJOE (IMO 8002468) is in the scene.
