Bulk carrier ANTAEUS stranded in India, Greek authorities to intervene

Greece maritime authority had to intervene into situation with bulk carrier ANTAEUS, which is stranded in Visakhapatnam, India, since May 22. Vessel presently is anchored on Visakhapatnam road, crew ran out of food and drinking water by June 19, fuel is running out. Crew claim two months wage delay and require repatriation. What measures exactly are to be taken by Marine Ministry to solve the problem, is not clear.
