Disabled ferry KMP RANAKA drifted in Savu Sea for 30 hours

Passenger ro-ro vessel KMP RANAKA suffered steering failure on May 4 en route from Kupang to Sawu Island, Savu Sea, Indonesia. Vessel drifted for some 30 hours with passengers on board, but finally, was towed to Biu, Sawu, on May 5. Ferry left Biu on May 5 and reached Kupang on May 6, though half of the route she was sailing at reduced speed, or maybe on tow.
