Tanker PALFLOT-2 on fire, 1 died, 18 evacuated, Caspian sea UPDATE

Fire erupted in the superstructure of tanker PALFLOT-2 in Caspian sea early in the morning Apr 23. Vessel was in Turkmenistan waters en route to Turkmenbashi port, in ballast. 1 person died, 18 were rescued by a nearby Russian cargo vessel. Tanker officially is manned by 11 crew, who were extra people on board, is yet unknown. Tanker is still on fire.
UPDATE: There were 11 crew on board, 1 of them, an engineer, died in fire. Tanker abandoned, Azerbaijan salvage and CG are to tow vessel to Baku, fire was extinguished by 1700 Moscow time Apr 23. On a photo PALFLOT-2 on fire.
