A tragedy on board of Spanish tuna ship TXORI GORRI, one guard killed another and shot himself

Two armed guards on board of Spanish tuna fishing vessel TXORI GORRI quarreled, one shot the other, and later committed suicide, on Apr 8, while vessel was fishing in the area 90 nm off Port Victoria, Seychelles, Indian ocean. Vessel’s crew was paralyzed by a tragic incident, for several hours vessel was out of command or control. Vessel proceeded to Port Victoria, ETA morning Apr 9. Armed guards are deployed on board of Spanish tuna vessels on a constant basis since years 2009-2010.
