TATSU MARU NO. 61 still aground leaking fuel

General cargo vessel TATSU MARU NO. 61 was grounded by the storm on a coast of Kashiwajima, Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku Island, Japan, Bungo Strait, on Mar 3. As of Mar 16, vessel is still aground and may be found total loss, fuel leak reported. Vessel with 1450 tons of limestone was en route from Oita Prefecture to Chiba Prefecture. 5 crew were rescued.
