Bulk carrier AGATIS stranded in Barranquilla, refusing to leave Colombia until paid

Bulk carrier AGATIS is stranded in Barranquilla, Colombia, since November last year, due to owner problems. 18 crew, all of Indian nationality, weren’t paid for several months, vessel and crew are short of supplies. Local fishermen said they’ve been supplying crew with drinking water and food. Barranquilla court gave the deadline Jan 31 to leave Colombian waters, though crew insist they have to stay in Colombia until paid.
