Two died, one in critical condition on board of tuna vessel NAZCA

In the evening Jan 7 two crew of a tuna fishing vessel NAZCA died after inhaling fuel fumes in fuel tank shortly after vessel left Cartagena, Colombia. One of them opened and entered fuel tank without authorization and died in the tank, another one rushed to help him and also died, third one also inhaled fumes and was heavily intoxicated, he was taken to hospital, reportedly in a bad condition. Vessel returned to Cartagena.
