Kapitan Yakovlev grounding, Terneuzen

General cargo vessel Kapitan Yakovlev ran aground in the afternoon Oct 1 in Wester Schelde below Terneuzen in Hookedijk area, probably due to steering or engine failure. Vessel was quickly refloated with the help of tugs, and taken to Terneuzen for survey, reported tugspotters.com. Later vessel moved to Vissingen and was docked there. No information on damages. Vessel was en route from Hull to Antwerp. On tugspotters.com photo grounded Kapitan Yakovlev.
