Passenger cargo vessel Binh Thuan 16 with 150 passengers and cargo on board ran aground in the morning Sep 5 on a reef off Phu Quy coast, Phan Thiet, north of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. It is understood, that vessel was disabled before grounding, cause unknown. As of afternoon Sep 5, vessel was still aground. On a photo grounded Binh Thuan 16.
