Pirates forced the crew to move to pirates boat and ordered them to sail off, threatening revenge if the crew call the police. It is understood, that pirates hijacked vessel for ransom. According to fishermen and owner statement, cost of the vessel is about 15 million Baht, some $500 thousand, which is highly doubtful assessment, judging from vessel’s looks.
