Capesize Cape Canada collided with capesize Mei Hua Hai?

An unconfirmed report came in at 1500 UTC July 15, stating that capesize Cape Canada collided with capesize Mei Hua Hai early in the morning July 15 in English Canal some 30 nm southwest of Lizard, proceeding on supposedly crossed courses.
Both vessels heave to after collision or contact. Mei Hua Hai resumed sailing after several hours of drifting, en route from Hamburg, destination unknown. Cape Canada seems to be still drifting near collision site. Cape Canada is en route from Dunkirk France to Sept Iles Canada.
