500 passengers panicked on board of ferry battered by storm, Bali, Indonesia
Ro-ro ferry Rafelia II on July 13 was forced by a storm to emergency call Celukan Bawang, Buleleng, northern coast of Bali island, Indonesia. Vessel with 500 passengers, trucks and vehicles on board wasn’t able to withstand strong wind and rough sea. Ferry has been anchored in Celukan Bawang, which doesn’t have piers to handle such vessels. There was panic on board, but finally, with the help of police and local fishermen order was restored, all passengers were transferred to the shore.
