Rescued migrants refused to leave cruise liner in Greek port

Cruise liner Island Princess rescued 117 migrants from a boat 40 nm west of Zakynthos island, Greece< Ionian sea, on July 11. Vessel arrived to Katakolon port anchorage, Greece, to disembark migrants. But they refused to leave the ship. Some time later, on July 12, they’ve been somehow talked to, or forced, to leave cruise liner for good. They’ve been transferred to port by liner’s life boats, where they were met by police, ambulances and good Samaritans from voluntary organizations.
