Ferry avoided collision, Norway

In the morning June 30 ferry Moldefjord had to make a full circle in order to avoid collision with general cargo vessel Torvang in Molde Fjord, Norway, Norwegian sea. Freighter didn’t respond to VHF calls, and kept on its course, though Torvang had to give way to ferry, and by keeping its course was breaking Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea.
