Freighter ran aground while leaving S-Petersburg

General cargo vessel Accum ran aground on Apr 28 while proceeding in Sea Canal, S-Petersburg, with pilot on board, en route from S-Petersburg Port. Grounding was caused by a blackout. No damages, no spill reported. Vessel was refloated in an hour after grounding with assistance of two tugs, Grifon-3 and Grifon-7. Vessel reportedly was docked for an underwater survey. At 0100 UTC Apr 30 vessel was under way in Gulf of Finland, en route to Brussel, Belgium.
