Freighter abandoned by crew after water ingress

General cargo vessel Dominator issued distress signal in the afternoon Apr 16 off Datca, Datca Peninsula, southwest Turkey, Aegean sea. Vessel reported water ingress and requested evacuation. 21 crew was evacuated by fishing vessels and Coast Guard. Reportedly water ingress was caused by crack in the hull, vessel is said to be in more or less stable condition, to be taken to ship repair yard. Vessel reportedly was under way from Iskenderun to Libya with cargo of cement. On photos troubled Dominator.
